Bless the Lord! my soul's forever song

About Me

Jonathan felt the call to full-time Christian service as a junior in high school. He began leading worship for his local youth group and at district youth events. After graduating in 1998 he began attending Trevecca Nazarene University. 2002 was was a big year for Jonathan. He graduated from TNU in May with a BA in Religion, began ministering at PowerLine Church of the Nazarene in July, and was married to Meagan McDonald in September. He received his local ministers license in August of '01, and was District Licensed at the 2003 North Carolina District Assembly. Along with leading worship at PowerLine, he led worship at the NC District Fall Retreat as well as the NC District Assembly.
In June of this year he began working with a church plant in Rowlett, TX (a suburb of Dallas) as the worship and arts pastor. He is very excited about what God is going to do through this new church.
"I know that I am being created into a leader of Worship and the Christian life. I know that God will bless our church as we continue to seek His face and His will."
-Jonathan Sprang
The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make his face to shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift his countenance toward you,
And give you peace.
Num. 6: 24-26 (NRSV)
