About Me

I am 29.
I have been blessed with 3 amazing children, and a wonderful husband who would give me his last piece of chicken. He didn't just tell me so, he did it.
I like reading. I love the Bible.
I am late a lot. I don't believe in karma, I believe in reaping what you sow. :) I think that people who spit gum in parking lots suck.
I would rather spend time doing nothing with fun people than do something spectacular without people that I care about.
I think everyone should eat more broccoli, sweet potatoes, and cranberries. And whole grains.
I have some good points, but sometimes it take awhile for me to get to them.
I'm forgetful. When I don't remember things, it's not because I don't care about them. When I don't hear people the first time, it doesn't mean I don't think what you're saying is important. And yelling at me doesn't fix the problem. If I could fix it, I would. I do like reminders though.
I value the people I love more than material possessions.
I have a slight case of germophobia and a strong gag reflex. I'm not a big fan of fast food, but that Spicy Buffalo Sauce from McDonald's is addictive!!
A few things that disturb me: the use of the word "reoccuring" instead of "recurring"; the use of "heighth" instead of "height"; the use of "supposibly" instead of "supposedly"; and the fact that we can't delete other people's bulletins, or at least mark them "read".
Oh yeah... and I rarely respond to, forward, or return: chain mail, bulletins, or chain comments; so please be advised, if you leave me something like that and I don't reply... it's nothing personal. This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!

My Interests

I like being around people that I love, such as my husband, my kids, my friends... I also like church, talking on the phone, spending time on myspace & my other blog, reading, writing, laughing, having heartfelt conversations with close friends, breakfast food, chocolate, starburst, cherry coke, jello, sno-cones, and clothes still warm from the dryer. Oh yeah, & texting. :-)

I'd like to meet:

That's a horrible question. How would I know who I want to meet before I meet them and find out what they are like?

....
Cool Slideshows..

Music:

This is hard- I might forget alot, but I'm gonna take a stab at it. I LOVE Chris Rice and FM Static. And I love worship music. Umm...John Rueben, Sanctus Real, Hawk Nelson, Relient K, Nicole Nordeman, Bethany Dillon, Jennifer Knapp, Bleach, alot more... Also, I still have a fondness in my heart for 80's music: Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard.

Movies:

Again, I will probably forget stuff, but: The Passion of the Christ, Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Grease, The Sound of Music, Crash, When Fools Rush In, Riding in Cars with Boys, Deep End of the Ocean, Losing Isaiah, Office Space, The Story of Us, The Wedding Singer, Boy in the Plastic Bubble, The Lion King. Those are all movies I could watch a hundred times and still love.

Television:

Ooooh. Just about any reality show... SURVIVOR and American Idol. Also, Trading Spaces, What Not to Wear, Intervention, Crocodile Hunter, Miami Ink, Pimp My Ride, Punk'd, and almost any show that comes on TLC or Discovery Health. I don't watch much tv, but I try to remember to at least catch my favorites. (Survivor & AI.)

Books:

I could never be fair to all good books, but here's a start: The Bible; The Spirit-Controlled Temperament; The Left Behind series; anything by Francine Rivers, especially the Mark of the Lion Series and Redeeming Love; Wisdom of the Ages by Jim Stovall; Ghost Girl by Torey Hayden; A Child Called It, The Lost Boy, and A Man Named Dave, all by Dave Pelzer- true story of his life & his survival of unspeakable abuse; anything by Josh McDowell, especially The Secret of Loving, More Than a Carpenter, and Evidence that Demands a Verdict; also anything by: John Bevere, Lisa Bevere, Joyce Meyers, Barbara Johnson, and TD Jakes.
