David J. Sanders, 32, Ormond By The Sea, died suddenly Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007. He was born August 20, 1975, in Lapeer, Mich., and moved to this area recently from Denver, Colo. David was a concierge in the hotel industry. He enjoyed golf, music and art. David is survived by his loving parents, Gregory and Marilyn Sanders, Ormond By The Sea. Additional survivors include two brothers, Gregory Sanders, Ormond Beach, Todd Sanders, Los Angeles, Calif.; his maternal grandfather, Ircel Slack, Decatur, Mich.; paternal grandmother, Margaret Sanders, West Bloomfield, Mich.; several aunts, uncles and cousins. David was a loving son and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to Parents of Murdered Children, Inc. (POMC) 100 E. Eighth Street, Suite B-41, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home. YET ANOTHER GREAT DJ HAS FALLEN THIS MONTH. DAVID WAS A FANTASTIC FRIEND, A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING AND MURDERED BY TWO DESPICABLE SAVAGES, WHOM HAVE BEEN CAPTURED, AND ARE AWAITING JUSTICE FOR THEIR HORRIBLE CRIME. BE AWARE THAT THIS WAS A BRUTAL MURDER, THEIR OWN DERRANGED MINDS BROUGHT ON THIS SENSELESS KILLING, AND WITH GODS HELP, THEY WILL BE PUNISHED SEVERELY FOR THIS HORRIBLE CRIME. I LOVED DAVID DEARLY AND WILL MISS HIM MORE THAN I CAN EVER BEGIN TO EXPLAIN, BECAUSE IT IS ONLY BEGINING TO SINK IN, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS, I WILL BE THERE TO SEE THESE BASTARDS BROUGHT TO JUSTICE! HE WAS CREMATED AND RELEASED AT SEA, BY HIS PARENTS AT THEIR HOME IN ORMOND BY THE SEA, FLORIDA, NEAR DAYTONA. I SPOKE WITH HIS FATHER, AND ONLY IMMEDIATE FAMILY ATTENDED THE CEREMONY, SINCE IT WAS HELD AT THEIR HOME. MY DEEPEST STMPATHYS GO OUT TO GREGORY AND MARILYN SANDERS, GOD BLESS THEM, FOR THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY FOR THEM TO LOSE THEIR SON!
