Earth Eatz Dog! adds a mix of funk and the drive of today's modern rock to create an alternative sound and vibe of their own. This New York-based band is headed by the notorious James brothers. Rodney James (Lead Vocal, Lead Guitar) fronts the band with a James Dean-like cool and attitude, while brother Micky James (Bass, Vocals) cracks the whip behind the scenes with an unyielding drive and perseverance. Completing the lineup is John Golden (Guitar, Vocals) with a natural dirty rock stage presence of a modern day Keith Richards, and Nick D'Alessandro (Drums), respected as one of the most solid drummers in all of New York.Known for their powerful live shows and hot, driving music, 'The Dog' has packed local clubs since their inception in January, 1996. These bad boys also have plenty of touring experience, including three European tours selling out nearly all of the 70 concerts performed, which included The Netherlands, Belguim, Poland and the Chzech Republic. As a result of these tours they've become one of the most popular indie acts in Germany. They have also completed two tours in the Virgin Islands.'The Dog' have opened for such acts as Guns 'N Roses, Skid Row, L.A. Guns, Tesla, Quiet Riot and Dokken. They have independently released 3 full-length CDs and a 7-song import, which have sold thousands to fans all over the States, overseas via the internet and at live shows.
