MyGen Profile GeneratorFor the majority of his professional career, Joshua Moyer has prided himself in experiencing every facet imaginable in the musical milieu. At 28, he has produced a handful of operas, recorded two albums of his own material, played hundreds of live shows in any number of band configurations, and taken on countless roles in both the Musical Theater and Operatic genres. After years of doing this, Mr. Moyer has decided to concentrate all of his efforts and musicianship into performing. He holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Duquesne University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College. While at Duquesne he sang the title roles in Albert Herring and The Gypsy Baron. He also produced four operas for the school; two of which, The Medium and The Telephone, were taken to the May Opera Festival in Stara Zagora , Bulgaria. Joshua is currently under the tutelage of Sonia Lewis, of RCAM Artist Management. He performs in various capacities around Florida from opera and oratorio to acoustic rock and corporate entertainment with The Three Waiters. In addition to being an accomplished singer, Mr. Moyer is also a gifted songwriter and guitarist. He looks forward to the day he is able to perform full time.
