Fusillade is a five piece alternative rock group from Central Queensland that formed in 2007 with lead guitarist Mark Kelly, Brenden Hartwig on Bass, Geoff Price on drums and front man Mark Nancarrow on lead vocals, later joined by rhythm guitarist/vocalist Mike Clemerson in 2008.
Members of the band share a mixture of experience and creativity to produce a unique solid sound influenced by bands from the 90’s rock scene such as Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Velvet Revolver and Audioslave, just to name a few.
Fusillade signed with independent label “Skidcrow Records†in 2007 and teamed up with renowned Producer / Engineer, Stuart Niven, for the debut album “Invitation to the Lost and Weary†which was recorded at Rocking Horse Studio (Byron Bay) and Airlock Studio (Brisbane).
Fusillade with Stuart Niven have moulded a sound to create an album that is crunchy, positive, harmonious and melodic.
