My names Colleen but everybody calls me Po.
I’m a simple person who likes simple things. The smallest thing can make me happy as the littlest thing can keep me entertained.
I prefer imperfection over perfection. Nothing is perfect and honestly I am drawn to the imperfectness of the world more then anything!
I am an artist of all kinds of art and art will for ever have my heart. Art is the cure and it does more for me then most things can. I go to The School of Visual Arts in NYC and it is giving me everything i need to become better at what i do.
Music is my other half. I can not go a day with out it in my life. The people who create music are amazing to me. Shows to me are more then shows....they are their own world were everything is perfect (one of the only perfect things in the world). I believe music is one of the only true things in life. Music’s words and melodies can cure anything and can help anyone.
My family and cats mean the world to me and I really dont know what I would do or how I could go on without them.
I enjoy watching thunderstorms, having deep real thoughtful conversations, seeing the world, seeing how other people live, understanding things i dont know, sleeping and not sleeping, being loud and quiet, laughing and just talking, watching movies and smiling.
I hate people who dont believe in themselves or others around them but what i hate even more is when someone discourages or denies another persons dreams. I hate it when people lie to make themselves “cooler†or do and say things that they think will make them cool. Those people need to grow up and learn to be themselves. I hate people who hurt animals and who drink and drive.
I’m easygoing. Apparently i seem mean or look mean but im not....im just VERY shy if that makes sense....but that will end once i feel comfortable.

My friend Po is AWESOME
So Po use to want everyone to address her by the name weenie, and everyone else in the world can see that weenie is a horrible nickname. The word is often used by 5 year old boys when they are talking about their privates. Who would want to be called that? Only Po because she is crazy, crazy and a rockstar. Now Colleen goes by the name of Po because of a recent trip we took, the hotel thought her name was Polleen instead of Colleen. Po thinks very highly of her and her friend's "coolness", she often says things like OH MY GOD we are the coolest people ever! She just loves us way to much!
Po is an artist, shes really good but it sucks because she attends SVA and absolutely hates it. Her artistic and her entire life inspiration is a small band called the used. PO is talkative and has a very annoyingly high weezing laugh but thats only when shes with the fam. Around new people Po does not talk, she is unbelievably shy and comes off really mean at first. I personally believed she hated me for a month, but really shes just shy. Once she feels comfortable...you cant get her to shut up and thats not a bad thing.
Po likes to use the word most annoyingest, which is completely not in the English language. When Po is home all she does is fight, attempt to kill aniel, and sleep. "Annie you were supposed to do the dishes!" is the famous quote. Po has an upstate house that she goes to like once month or at least she used to. Po cannot run because she has bad feet or ankles or something like that and the one time I saw her run at the train station it was hilarious. Po lies a lot, or actually alters the truth a lot. When I tell her that Ms. Ronning is not in school and maybe somthings wrong she assumes her mom might be dead and then she goes and tells Natalie that Ms. Ronning's mom is definitely dead.
There is no crowd too rough for Po to lead the way to the front. Po always is the first on to have bar at every concert. Po likes those shitty never made it to the theater scary movies that nobody else likes and she plans on collecting them. Oh and Po can't read for shit or spell, she blames it on the horrible teaching nuns that taught her in elementary school. And no one makes any kind of dessert that even compares to Po's dirt. Po loves to hug and to sit at my kitchen table and talk untill all hours and Po takes way to many pictures as you can see by how many there are on her myspace.
