About Me

Hello! I'm Sophie. I live for adventures, music, writing, black coffee and ridiculous amounts of egg on toast. Music is my world and I spend my days either listening to it, making it or dancing around in a stupid manner to the wonderful melodies in my head. I also have a 'proper job' working for Penguin Books as well as several improper jobs working for cake.

You Are 100% Tortured Genius
You totally fit the profile of a tortured genius. You're uniquely brilliant - and completely misunderstood.
Not like you really want anyone to understand you anyway. You're pretty happy being an island. Are You a Tortured Genius?

My Interests

Reading - be it books, newspapers, poetry or Jeff Buckley lyrics; playing guitar; writing music; singing loudly to music; occasionally actually listening to the bloody music; going to gigs; staying up until the sun rises playing classic 90s hits and then going for breakfast; dancing regardless of the time, place or circumstance; sitting on my own in beautiful places and having a cigarette; writing; picnics in unusual places; thumb war (extreme!); art; jewellery; black coffee; flying; pigeons; red wine; rowing in extreme weather conditions; festivals; pudding and more specifically, 'going for pudding'; wishing I could draw; Pancake Day

I'd like to meet:

Jack White, Salvador Dali, Nietzsche and Shirley Manson - we could have a tea party!
