Broken Halo Records artist VK Lynne was raised in Pennsylvania Dutch Country, then moved with her guitar to live in Philadelphia - that combination of 'earthy' and 'edgy' permeated her writing, and now radiates through her rootsy, blues rock style. Her current CD, Black Halo, is getting attention from fans and industry alike, as well as charitable organizations. A firm believer in artistic responsibility, V.K. donates a portion of all record sales to a deserving non-profit. She has worked with Hearts Giving Hope, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and is the official spokesperson for The Mason Lindley Miracle Foundation, which aids medically challenged children.
March will see VK and her band in the studio recording her first label release, then VK will set out on the road in June!
