About Me

.. Hey all you Myspacers out there!I'm Dominique the California girl from Los Angeles. Here's a little info about me and who I am. I was born in Pomona California,the only girl out of six brothers, but seperated at a young age I grew up raising myself through the system. I ran the streets of southern Cali so that's what I call home.For the most part of my life I grew up in the San Fernando Valley with my girl cousins(the closest thing to sisters) and went to Taft High, where sports like swim team,Football,and basketball kept me out of trouble.During my last years of high school I left the city and moved to Blythe California(small town in the middle of nowhere)where I finished school and graduated with honors in the year 2004. I'm a very fun-loving person and I love to be open and comfortable around others. I go to school and work most of my time during the week! When I'm not doing what I love and that's acting,I try my best to be on set learning new things and meeting new people. Im mostly a home body and I'd rather kick it at home and have a blockbuster night than hit the clubs. I love to cook and always keep it clean,and although I do put many others needs before me, don't get it twisted I loved to be pampered every now and then. Nails done, hair done, massages and all that other good stuff. I'm not hard to please, I'm very simple and just need compatable people to chill with.

My Interests

Mostly dancing, and chillin with my girls.I do some print modeling but my main focus is acting.Besides going to school full time, I do club promoting, and P.A. work. I always try to stay busy, and out of trouble. I love traveling although I don't do it very often. I'm a Cali girl so you'll most likely find me at the beach, either getting a tan, splashing in the waves or walking along the boardwalk. I'm a swimmer, and I play tennis, and I love sports. I'm a very simple person, and I love to just watch movies and chill,go hiking, motorcycle riding, and just enjoying life.

I'd like to meet:

All people of different shapes, sizes, colors, and religion are welcome into my world. I love all people with great personalities, and you must be optimistic. I don't need drama I have my own issues and I don't need yours.All in all I just wanna meet REAL PEOPLE!!!! Please...I live in Los Angeles(need I say more). Most importantly I would like to meet people who share the same dreams, goals, and ambitions as me.

Music:

R&B, Ol' School, Oldies but goodies, alternative rock, hip-hop, pop, rap, and musicals, along with native music, Jazz, Blues, you name it I take an interest in it.

Movies:

TOO MANY TO Name, I like them all!!! I'm a movie fanatic. All musical's, All of Disney's movies (little mermaid), The Godfather, Goodfellas, Grease, Higher Learning, Pretty Woman, Boyz n tha Hood, MenaceII Society, Friday, Shottas, City of God,Breakfast at Tiffany's, Sabrina, Some like it Hot, Seven Year Itch, The Breakfast Club, The Goonies, Drop Dead Fred, The Sound of Music, Princess Bride, Top Gun, Interview with the Vampire, There's Something About Mary, Meet the Faukers, Sister Act, Ghost, Striptease, I love love love love movies and all other movies that relate to struggles, but success.

Books:

A Hustler's Wife, Skin Deep, Road Dawgs, Black Boy, Cane River, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings,Sky Scraper, Confesions of a Video Vixen, Black Boy, Roots, All books by Eric Jerome Dicky, Terry McMillan, and Kathleen Cross. Most books that I can relate to I take an i nterest upon.

Heroes:
