I like different kinds of music (aside from rap and hip hop....they're just....nnno). Basically how it usually works is that I'll hear a song or band and either like 'em or I won't. I'm especially partial to nearly all types of so called "Rock" music. Some of my most listened to bands at the moment are (in no particular order): Queen ♥ AFI ♥, My Chemical Romance ♥, Lostprophets, MIKA, Scissor Sisters, Roxette, Nirvana, Panic! At the Disco, Coheed and Cambria, Anti-Flag, Blink 182, Our Lady Peace, Collective Soul, and so on...
Basically the same as music...I'll watch a movie and either like it or not like it...I'm not really partial to a certain genre...what I watch usually depends on my mood. I'm not overly fond of so-called "Chick Flicks" or "Teen/Pop Culture flicks"...though there are a couple of good ones...
I don't really watch television unless there is a special on a certain thing that catches my interest. I sometimes watch CSI, Family Guy and Criss Angel though.
I like fantasy/adventure books, and stories based in different eras(fiction...Ancient Egypt is def. one of my favorites) and a couple of murder/crime solving/ adventure stories when I need a change. My absolute favorite writer is Neil Gaiman
People that go out everyday to try to make something out of what many people think is nothing. Artists. Not just the standard painters etc. But anybody who finds or tries to find beauty in what seems to be a dull, cold, mundane world and tries to bring it to those who do not believe in it- Be it through music, performing, painting...anything. Even some of the most bitter experiences have a tragic beauty to them. It is entirely unforgivable to steal or try to steal it for one's own means and nobody else's, or for one's own sick pleasure.
