Hey guys! I graduated from UC Davis in 2003 with a computer and electrical engineering degree. It's real funny 'cause when I start UCD back in '98 all the people at the job fairs said I could make $50,000 to $60K a year as a computer engineer after college. Funny thing is they never took into account that the economy might not be that good and when the stock market dropped around 2001 jobs started to be hard to come by. Luckily for me, I ran into a good friend of mine named Adrain Eimerl. He had graduated the year before and had ran track there at UCD. When I ran into him he was driving around a brand new 2001 Jaguar. And I was like what the heck are you doing where you can afford to have a brand new Jagaur? He told me worked for this communications firm called Excel/Vartec. I was like ok, well I never heard of it before, so he proceed to tell me what was going on with the company and I have been working with Excel ever since. Basically, all I do right now is help build Excel's marketing team. Excel doesn't do commerical advertising so all of their marketing is strictly word of mouth(like Cosco).
