RECON-naissance
is a Glasgow based club night, which features live bands as well as DJs. It usually features 4 bands, starting with an acoustic set and finishing with an electro band. It is then followed with a DJ set along with live trumpet and percussions. .
Our last events were recorded using professional multitrack recording equipment and qualified sound engineers.Our first Compilation CD features the best acts that played at RECON-naissance with some of them now enjoying European experience. We had our CD Launch Party in May @ Stereo (Glasgow, Renfield Lane) - nice performances from the bands, a friendly crowd and a good boogie, which made it an great night!
The compilation CD is now out in music shops in Glasgow Monorail, Avalanche and soon in Fopp and Apollo in Paisley - look in sections compilation and local labels/indie - and soon again online on www.recon-naissance.com
