The Japan&Anime Party was an idea that was first elaborated by Somnium In Tenebris in mid 2005,unaware of the potential response that such an idea could have,in a country where the term "modern Japanese music" sounded more like a joke.In summer 2005 they met up with Mona Risa and it became clear that something good would come out of this.
Later on this year,Somnium thought it was about time that the first J-Party would take flesh and bones.Mona Risa decided to join in with her precious "know how" and ideas.
Together they formed a pioneer team with huge love for the Japanese music and culture,that aims to bring Japan closer to Hellas and make the right people acquainted with the Japanese music.
The first ever in Greece Japan&Anime Party took place in Thessaloniki,on the 30th of January,2006 at bar Inside.The second party took place in Thessaloniki's popular bar Silver Dollar on the 29th of May.Both were crowned by success and enthusiasm from everybody.
Working as Agent for internationally acclaimed Visual Kei band BLOOD,Somnium expanded her activities,organising their concert, at Club Underworld,Athens on the 30th of October 2006, which was the first of its kind and also an unexpectable success.
Somnium's and Mona Risa's original ideas and activities "set the trend over the years" , thus opening the way for future events.
