The Ordre De Ciel Collective is a group of people devoted to the Japanese art and culture in general, but mainly focus on J-Rock, J-Pop, J-Goth, Visual Kei, Video Game and Anime Music. OdC acts as a DJ/VJ team (presenting the first and only weekly Japanese Music event in whole Greece – until 6/9/2008 at Kavatza Bar, Athens and from Friday 12/9/2008 and every Friday at Underworld Club, Athens), music band (currently working on Akira Yamaoka covers from the Silent Hill video game series and their own tunes) and executive producers for events, concerts, music clips and films (currently on the post-production of the Greek horror movie based on Japanese Ghost stories’ elements, called “NHMAâ€).
OdC unique events' first season (October 2007 - July 2008) was very successful and full of surprises for the great Japanese Music audience: tons of J-tunes by the resident DJs ([room302], KrizD, Raven and Larva) and their guests (Japan+Anime Party, Somnium In Tenebris, Jmusic.gr and Speedgrapher, among others), Cosplay events every month, tons of Video Game, Manga, Music and Anime prizes and giveaways... Also during that season, unique J-Rock artists visited the OdC parties: Unshin (bringing their unique visuals to be played on Kavatza screens), Lamia Cross (performing exclusive song just for the Ordre De Ciel occasion) and last but not least, Sugizo (Luna Sea, X-Japan, The Flare and an amazing solo career) while performing with Juno Reactor!
Season 2 finds OdC in a bigger and more deluxe place, the famous Underworld Club (Ippokratous 56, Athens) and the events and surprises are getting an upgrade too! So...stay tuned!
Ordre De Ciel’s goal is one and simple: Spread the J-word, something that [room302] and KrizD have been trying to do for almost 12 years now (through previous teams or solo acts).
