Biography

K'lajh (collage) began his inevitable rise to the top of the hip-hop game at the early age of 12. He first began writing rhymes at the age of eleven in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA, and has been on the constant grind since. Over the course of the past ten years he has undeniably proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with in the game. Now 22, K'lajh's rapid fire, multisyllabic flow is sure to breathe a breath of fresh air into the hip hop industry.Lyricist, producer, recording artist, pianist--all describe this versatile M.C. K'lajh has been constantly active in the D.C. metro scene since he moved there in 2000. Most recently, K'lajh has been performing at local clubs such as CLUB FIVE at "The City Is Mine"(2006) and CLUB ENVY at "The DMV Music Expo" (2006). K'lajh has even been out to the west coast performing at several venues such as BODEGA (2006) and THE OTHERSIDE for the "Fall Semester Blowout" (2006); where he and his NME labelmates Tym and Stu Cat performed live with Young Bleed and Mr. Pookie.K'lajh was a featured artist on the television show ARTIST CHANNEL which broadcasts to millions of homes in the D.C. Metro area. He and E.T.C... produced fellow Nu Money Enterprises L.L.C artist, Tym's introduction to the morning talk radio show THE JUNKIES that airs both on 106.7 WJFK and 105.7 WHFS from 5-10 a.m. K'lajh also performed at the "Rock the Mic" talent show (2003) held at Washington D.C.'s historical LINCOLN THEATRE.K'lajh promises to deliver exactly what the game needs. With clever lyrics and innovative production, he shows signs of being the next M.C. to bring artistry and originality back to the mainstream.
