Coffee talk, Guinness (in moderation), video games, good movies, good music, good people, good food, and just about anything that involves being outside. Running jumping climbing trees...but you know, in a dress. Eddie Izzard's hilarious, BTW.Life, people, it interests me. If I don't know anything about something, I'm willing to listen and learn. Doesn't matter what it is. I'm ALIVE, and so are YOU! Enjoy it!
Cool ass people, ( AIM = Fathead 9 ) and anyone who can beat me at video games. That's not likely to happen, but you're welcome to try. Dorks, nerds, geeks, jocks, hocks, writers, musicians, mechanics, drinkers, smokers, lovers, fighters, agressive pacifists, and passive aggresivists ( I had to make that work somehow), jokers, the righteous, the strong, the meek, those with(out) legs, a beautiful woman six feet tall or more (they're hard to find, ya know), your best friend, the elusive Mr. Nickenbocker, and last but not least, anyone with absolutely anything to say.GO!
Everything. Seriously. Mostly hard rocking metal type things, but I do actually like everything. There are far too many bands that I have heard and enjoyed in my day to even begin to list them here...
Hm. Off the top, movies I like...The Boondock Saints, anything with John or Joan Cusack, Nicolas Cage, and in a strange twist of fate, Robin Williams. Mel Brooks films, Tim Burton movies,.So many others....Memento, The Royal Tenenbaums, Grosse Point Blank (two Cusacks for the price of one!) The Nightmare Before Christmas, TMNT, and....so many more...Oh, and Tarantino films.Yes...Who Framed Roger Rabbit.Bad horror movies rule.
Discovery, Science Channel, History Channel, National Geographic...I like to learn things. Dork. Capital D, people. But....so y'all don't think I'm boring (yes, I said y'all) everything on Adult Swim, Stargate: SG1, the CSI's, Law and Order, Teen Titans, hell, cartoons in general, and...yes.
Fantasy. George R.R. Martin, The Sword of Truth series, and J.K. has got something with that little scarred boy. Douglas Adams' books, WOT, Laurell K. Hamilton...Anita Blake kicks my ass. Yummy. Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. HIGHLY recommended. Unlike anything most of you have read, I'll almost guarantee it.
I'm trying to be my own personal hero. I figure now is the best time to make me into me, so I work towards that.Anyone I respect, I feel I can learn something from. Hero status is a little high, but I'm always looking to learn something.
