Helluray

Helluray was founded in the beginning of 2007 by Dave, Frank and Fred, three members of the former gothic rock /metal band Torn. They started out making heavy rock /metal orientated songs, adapted for female vocals. After writing the first 5 songs, the search for an adequate female vocalist began. Some 6 months passed until they finally met up with Anja, a perfect match for the band with her powerful voice. As a foursome, the band started rearranging the songs and writing new ones, including the vocals. A few weeks later when Michel joined the band, the HLH studio's in Antwerp (Brecht) were booked to record this 4-track promo demo. It should give you a good idea of what the band stands for, but there's still more to come !!
