About Me

Nathan grew up listening to anything from oldies, grunge, hip-hop, rock and country legends, but yet found his passion in the acoustic guitar. A bad block to the knee at a high school football game, left this new-found artist injured and unable to play sports, which had been this all-around athleteâ€™s dream for college. Everything happens for a reason, as this incident led him down a path full of music and its artistic bounds, and if given the choice would choose his old guitar over a football any day of the week.From his sisterâ€™s sensible choice in music, to his brotherâ€™s never strayed from Rock, he finds a soothing place in between and loves the sound of artists like Jack Johnson, Johnny Cash, Nick Drake, Counting Crows, and Dave Matthews. His sound is a breath of fresh air, as this 24-year old chooses not to replicate the sounds of his favs, but to choose a solid spin and write about what makes him feel like the world is at his feet. Dedicated to songwriting and producing his own material, it is evident as he sings lyrics that have truth and meaning.Now a college graduate, Nathan looks forward to dedicating more time and energy to his one true obsessionâ€¦music. His talents and artistic expression are evident on a new CD with a plethora of music and lyrics. Dedicating his life to staying true to himself, his dream is to write, sing, produce, and play music he appreciates and loves. A small town in South Texas is home to this growing musician, as you can almost imagine where he grew up thru the musical references of a beautiful place.Songs of life, love and his favorite place on Earth (Texas) make up his current play list. But the best and most innovating aspect of this artist is that he writes, produces and sings his own lyrics, all of which was self-taught. Nathan is the definition of a self-made musician and artist and whose potential is limitless.
