These names are of family that i've lost, doing the thing that other are not welling to do.There are no words that can describe what a Corpsman is to his Marines and Sailors. Corpsmen are the most highly trained enlisted medical unit in the United States military. We are the only enlisted Corps in the US Military. These are just a few of the many things to be proud of. Being a corpsman is much more than a "job", and is not for the people that joined just for the college. It takes personal pride and a little arrogance, Dedication and a lot of courage. We are the best of the best! The "few good men" the Marines talk about. Our work is many times thankless, and we work into the night, but in the end it's worth it to see our patients eyes the relief that they will be allright.
I am a Hospital Corpsman. This is what I was born to do
