Born and raised in Graz, Austria, Swantje Lampert moved to Vienna in 1998 to study "Jazz Saxophone" with Willi Quarda at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna.She graduated there with distinction in 2003.Swantje Lampert was faculty in different schools (including the American International School in Vienna) before she won a full time degree scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston,USA.She is currently studying there,majoring in "Contemporary Writing and Production". Her teachers at Berklee include Frank Tiberi, George Garzone,Oscar Stagnaro,George Monseur,Bill Elliott.Swantje Lampert performed with Celia Mara,Soulfinger,The Jelly Beans,s.w.a.n, "The Female Jazzart",Rene Rumpold,Telefunken,SwantjeLampert Quartett,and others.contact: [email protected]
