Los Dragos formed in spring 2003 as a three piece,after the experience with their previous band (NATIVIST/GREYSCALE). They're a mix of high energy and irony,a choice explained by their name.Their past musical background lead them to pen down 10 brand new tracks in a short while. After a warm up period of live acts,their steaming sound became more personal and focused,and the guys recorded a 5 tracks demo (one of these ended up on the "FUCK YEAH" compilation on 8 records with other international acts) at Sheraton Mammuth Hotel Studio.They pick their inspiration from the sixties (Who,Kinks,Sonics...),from 70s hardrock (Motorhead,Zeppelin,Hendrix),from punkroll trying to read between the lines in a personal way.In the early 2004 Los Dragos got back to the Sheraton Mammuth Hotel Studio cutting down 26 live recorded tracks,will producer Stefano Sven Doretti (Glommin Geek). They choose 15 of the tracks for their full lenght on Nicotine Records the 25 sept 2004; Split 7" with Hi Fi Killers (the) great french band out in july 2005, 2 new tracks on 7†recorded at the Orange Studio with Sven. In march 2006 is out 10" yellow vinyl L.Edition with firehouse cover (firehouseposters.com) on Full speed Ahead rec. They played with well known bands (Country Teasers, Ray Daytona, Peawees, The Rippers, Bobby Toumultous, Motorama, PGR, Human Tanga, Settlefish, Perturbazione, Black Time, KillKillKill, ecc.).
