I live in a debauched English sea-side city, sharing a spacious house with an Eastern European gangster called Donnie (hamster), a reclusive but amazingly talented DJ/producer, a growing oeuvre of original written material and an unthinkably large record collection.I am a freelance journalist, and I write for magazines and websites.I've been a life-long electronic music lover, since 1976 (apparently) when I started getting down to my mom's collection of soul, disco and electro record and as such, I write for US music blog Trash Menagerie and UK music site Brighton Fusion .I spend most of my time reading, writing, listening to music, dancing, chatting with close friends, and drinking. I generally prefer my own company, but appreciate sleepless weekends with friends and acquaintances.I also help my friends run a monthly club night called Slackers Convention .

Any four-legged creatures. Seagulls only if they can be put to some practical use, like carrying messages. There's a gap in the market, clearly.Outside of the BN2 postcode: music-lovers, artists, writers, DJs, people who can spell, filmmakers, people with a good sense of humour, critics, readers, editors, producers, and generally anyone who will get off their butt and do something meaningful with their time.
