I received my Capoeira nickname (BUDA) from Contra Mestre Fuinha. When you are given your name, 7 times out of 10 it is probably meant as an insult or dig, based on your perceived physical appearance or behavior. It is your job to take that name and find the positive aspects of what it is, or could be. Only then will you be able to wear it with pride.
Trying to get my Body / Spirit HEALTHY. I'm working on it. It is a long, drawn out process that gets me down sometimes. I wanna improve on my CAPOEIRA Skills. I wanna be able to JACK My BODY, All Night Long.....Again.
