I am a firefighter for Rescue Ca.(Rescue is a town not just my job).I am totally In love with my Job. Last year I worked in Mexico, Thailand and the Philippines. I arrived in Thailand 2 weeks after the tsunami hit and spent a month and a half volunteering in the Red Cross tent in Phuket. After that, I spent 4 months in the Philippines on the western side of Samar. When I returned I began directing the youth activities at my church (Calvary Chapel). I've seen God's hand working in my life; taking me from a lifestyle of drunken selfishness to a life of purpose. I keep pictures of my past on here as a reminder to myself and to others of the drastic transformations God is capable of in ones life. Plus I loved my hair then. Before, I would attempt to drown my problems and worries in liquor everyday but now I confront them with significantly better results. My life is a testimony and I see why God allowed me to hit "my rock bottom" and go through many trials. Having faith has helped me achieve more in 2 years than in my entire life.After High School I traveled a lot, I spent 3 years in Vermont. There I was a Snowboard instructor for Burke Mt. And started volunteering at the Lunnenburg Fire Dep. I have a lot of friends and family that I miss a lot from VT. I love to travel and go to new places. I love music, I would have to say that music is a huge part of my life, I dream of one day being in a kickass band and playing in front of thousands of people. .....Someday..... I may have been born in the 80s but I was raised in the 60s and 70s. Ill explain. My father took me to my first consert when I was 6 years old..We went and saw Jethro Tull. Many of you probably dont know who they are, to those of you that do....Rock on..... I grew up listening to Bob Dylan,Crosby Stills and Nash, Niel Young, Tom Petty, Jhony Cash, Zepleen, Pink Floyd,Bob Segar, Journey, ext.........So as of now Im just keeping my self buisy by working at Marshall Hospital in the ER, going to school for my EMT, A and P (anatomy and physiology) then on to Paramedic school, And working at the Fire Dep.
