BurninG EyeS

It all started a long long time ago in the autumn of 2003. Adrien and Gwen had played in a band before, "Horny Hillbillies" but they were now looking for a new bass-player. At that time Pieter joined them. This three-piece played together for about a year and a half with a lot of breaks and "getting back togethers" in between. We wrote a lot of punkrock songs but never got to play a gig... After beeing split up for about five months we decided to get back together but this time we wanted to bring in a second guitar player. Gwen's brother-in-law Peter was drummer in a band, "Kermit's Mistake", but he also played the guitar. He only wanted to come for one time but decided to stay and it all worked out fine. Although it wasn't easy maintaining a regular rehearsal scedual, we started making new songs. This time with more hardrock thrown in. The quest for a singer was the longest. After some wanderings we tried using some female backing vocals on some songs and it sounded very very nice. Surprisingly we discovered Janna's voice could reach much further than that and now she is our leadsinger. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------ 2009: Recently Adrien decided to apply himself to his other band "El National Quarterback". We wish him all the luck in the future. Now BurninG EyeS are proud to present you their new guitarplayer: Olivier (before ao Cameron, Lessness, ...). He already rocked his guitar when probably most of you were still in their nappies.
