Got a minute or two????I collect rocks - rocks from anywhere on Tera Bella.
Thank you - bringers of the rocks!!!!My given name is of French origin - I know nothing about the French except that they are known to be straight forward and blunt. Some may say that would describe me well at times.Trees are my friends and yes, dammit, I hug the trees, o.k.!Some of the finer details about me are... I pay attention to detail - a born problem solver - forward thinker; and I'm lucky enough to get paid to do it.I like people to feel relaxed around me and just be themselves. I am no actor - so what you see is what you get - so please afford me the same courtesy.I think in practical/logical terms about most everything - but I do believe in the spiritual world and have a spiritualistic view of the "devine" - not the garden variety off-shoots of invented religion. I believe there is a God-like force, however, and I feel that my idea of what God is is private and I refuse to debate my beliefs with anyone. The Alpha and the Omega...My favorite color is green - green is life... unless its a body part or rotten food!! HA!!I have a strong intuitive side that I trust implicitly and it has served me well to this day.
I have been blessed with the ability to mend things, people included.I am number seven of nine children and my mother was very even tempered, honest, hard working and sincere - even when she didn't feel like being that way. I try to emmulate her in my life - she was much loved and respected by others just for being who she was - and that is just about the best attribute anyone can have. I miss her more and more with every passing day of my life. She was good to me and I knew how much she loved me. Can a kid ask for more than that?My father was a hard working person with a great mind for mechanical and structural engineering that was greatly respected by many. There wasn't much that he could not fix or figure out and in his work he strove for perfection. He was considered by his peers to be a master of his trade.I guess I am a good mix of the two.Crisis does not freak me out - it puts me in gear.I believe in the practice of civility, diplomacy and tact -regardless... (I understand that those qualities are mostly learned - and not always innate so I try not to judge too harshly those that initially seem to lack certain "skills" - *everyone deserves a little bit of slack, but don't waste inordinate amounts of time dealing with those that have perfected the art of being a rip roaring ass hole (*just an opinion - which is always free -advice will cost you extra - and all cars need a friggin bumper, by the way).I do not appreciate the rampant disregard that people now a days seem to have for one another - I think that those who disreagard others have a serious flaw - a sign of a very selfish person that will eventually f--- you over if given the opportunity.Integrtiy means a lot to me - and I believe that respect is earned - not a given.I believe that everyone has the right to live their lives as they see fit - unless it harms children, animals, and all other innocents - including the planet "Earth".I believe that a evil, mean, deceitful, cruel, and/or disrespectful human is a useless human and that they take up valuable space.I have deep regard and empathy for things that are at the mercy of others.Indifference has broken many a noble heart, crushed the hopes and dreams of children, and has created more sadness in this world than should be allowed.Life is fleeting - death is forever. Regret breaks my heart. Show people that you love them!!!Read "Desiderata", by Max Ehrmann, for the ultimate epiphany.Peace
