I generally like to read books. Horror, Sci - Fi, Non-Fiction, Historical, and Classical books. I play Warhammer 40,000. I am pretty athletic. I go to the gym, I like to run, and I am a big outdoors person. I am also pretty spontaneous about my activities and am almost always on the move..
"To the everlasting glory of the infantry.."
I'm generally pretty easy going. Just like everyone else, I do have my pet peves that set me off. I hate stupid people..
"That's the way love is. Sometimes it's great, and other times it's just another way to bleed.."
"Dude, there are a million fine looking women in the world.. and not all of them bring you lasagna at work. Most of them just cheat on you.."Mine brinds me Lasagna to ork. God bless my wife! She is the greatest in the world! I love you Lori!
Mostly rock from as early as 70's to 90's. I'm not a huge fan of rap, country, or modern day rock. It just doesn't seem as original. I am a huge fan of J-Pop (Japanese Pop). The song playing has the lyrics below..
"How far back should I have to go? Tell me.
Everything is so painfully vivid.
The truth is, we couldn't understand each other,
So I left and didn't look back
Fall into a light sleep, it encompasses my very being
I never carry out my promises
So long ago, I threw away my brightness
And like the light from the morning sun, it can never return.
It lies beside this cold heart, frozen
So completely mindless that it persists forever
Numbly, I gather the remnants of my emotions,
And searching for redemption, I...
Fall into a light sleep, on a lonely night
I'm beginning to learn the designs of sorrow
The hiding away of your warm presence
Makes me fear the overflowing darkness.
Fall into a light sleep, it encompasses my very being
I never carry out my promises
So long ago, I threw away my brightness
And like the light from the morning sun, it can never return."
Army of Darkness, Underworld, Bram Stokers "Dracula", Way of the Gun, Grosse Point Blank, Black Hawk Down, We Were Soldiers Once, Kingdom of Heaven, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, Gladiator, Interview With A Vampire, Queen of the Damned..
Too many to name. Just ask.
Warriors throughout ages that have fallen in battles. They are the heroes I look up to. Those who have fought and died in battle.. but not limited to those killed in war. Those survivors who come home and spread the tales of true heroism are also just as heroic. It takes a real man to die for what he believes in, and a bigger man to share with people his experiences. History is filled with thoughtless and senseless bloodshed. Tis' the curse of humanity. War is like an endless waltz.. the beats of peace, war, and revolution go on continously throughout time.
"When nothing else makes sense I'll continue on fighting, believing only in myself.."
