The idea of Anguish came up in the winter of -2007-2008 when David and Jacob discussed their interest of Candlemass, Black Sabbath and other heavy bands. Some time went on and they soon decided to start up a Doom metal band. So they began to write some heavy doom metal riffs which after a while became full length songs. Martin joined the band first as bass player, but soon to change instrument with Jacob, later Robin joined the band as drummer and after maybe two month of rehearsal without vocals, we found a singer called J. Dee. Demo will be realesed sometime in 2008.
