. Degenerates are a Metal/Thrash/Hardcore Band that was formed in the 1980's. They came up from the Thousand Oaks/Newbury Park/Ventura County California region of the United States. Produced several independent recordings with various member lineups. The group and music is the "Brain Child" of Mark Roum along with his loyal band mate Aaron Lewis. Though the Degenerates music is timeless, this site is dedicated to a specific period in time that cannot be re-created. If you were there, consider yourself privileged.
