About Me

I love to work out... I'm an ex-jock. I'm very funny and pretty personable most of the time. I'm a very loyal person, but in truth I don't trust many people. I value my sparetime, and I'm unjustly biased towards my good friends and family. I enjoy sports, movies, and music... they are my passions. I'm not for everyone- I speak my mind and keep regrets to a bare minimum. I am impulsive and quirky. I can be a tease. I'm definitely cocky sometimes, but it's more to be funny than actual egomania. I'm pretty enigmatic and have natural leadership ability. I'm pretty laid back most of the time, although I definitely have some fire inside me.I consider myself very disciplined and mentally tough. I'm pretty intelligent. I believe in preserving one's integrity by any means necessary. I know exactly who I am. I believe there is no time table for someone to better themselves, however I do not have time for people who are irreparably lazy.Everyone has a voice and deserves to be heard. I have a huge compassionate side and am beyond generous. I'm a very dedicated friend. I give everyone I meet the benefit of the doubt. I'm not very religious, but I do believe in God's fairness and Love of Mankind.I believe every soul is pure, and God collects them all. I believe evil exists in the world, and it is caused by insecurity, fear, loneliness, desperation, depression, abuse, and regret.

My Interests

working out, sports, music, movies, trivia, current world affairs, and mtn. biking.

I'd like to meet:

A down to earth girl with a sense of humor, a girl that likes to go to dinner, movies, and ballgames. A girl that likes to hang out at home as much as she enjoys partying. I particularly like women that can feed my ego a little bit and not feel put out by that. I'm looking for someone that brings out the best in me and that can make me happy, but I'm by no means disconsolate in my singleness. If it's not the right person- I'd truly rather be by myself.

Music:

Metal, 80's glam rock, Classic rock, Rap, Hip Hop, Techno, R&B. Anything but country... save for Garth Brooks and Kenny Chesney.

Movies:

too many to list. The original Rocky is my all time favorite movie, followed by Raiders of the Lost Ark, and The Empire Strikes back. I enjoy all movies I have seen almost everything worth seeing, and most of what isn't.

Television:

The Sopranos, NFL Sunday Ticket, NFL Network's Playbook, E.R., Nip/Tuck, Big Love, South Park, Sportscenter, Breaking Bonaduce, American Idol, Real Housewives of Orange County. The Wire. Rome. Headbangers Ball.

Books:

Stephen King. The Dirt- The Motley Crue Story. Ethan Frome.

Heroes:

Anyone that ever suited up for the Dallas Cowboys in their team history. My Dad. Stuff for your blog!

My Blog

thoughts in cyberspace

Ok peeps, blog #2 which noone will read. But anyway... Syracuse beat Louisville, and that's a plus. I feel for the girl that went down on the Snowcross final leading by 3 seconds. She should know...
