I will read any book that looks interesting, but I really like science fiction and fantasy. Some favorite authors are Stephen Brust, Douglas Adams, Elizabeth Moon, Anne Rice, Jefferey Deavers, Jane Austin, Jacqueline Carey... And the Ultimate Comic (besides Calvin and Hobbes) is Get Fuzzy - I highly recommend it!
I've always liked Spiderman, but then you have Batman. He has no special powers like all the other superheroes, and yet he's out there fighting crime like all the others. There's something to be said for that, but then there's his personality - lets admit it, he can really be an ass sometimes!
