The Banter is a youth magazine designed and produced by 12-25 year olds in West Dunbartonshire for people of their age in the area. This magazine is for young people with something to say, and we hope that as many people as possible will get involved. My Interests

Music, live events, Movies, sport, TV, comedy, politics, youth clubs, shopping, festivals, food and drink, dancing, journalism, graphic design, art and creative interests, competitions, radio, film and media, enterprise

I'd like to meet:

12-25 year olds interested in writing or designing a youth magazine. Anyone who has ideas for The Banter Local media and businesses willing to promote this important youth project or who want to use The Banter as a forum for contacting West Dunbartonshire's young people. Young people with views that they want to share with their peers.

Music:

All music, especially West Dunbartonshire's local bands and music youth projects. We would love for you to send us music, gig and festival reviews.

Movies:

We welcome film and media students, or those with an active interest in films. Send us your film reviews and articles, or details of local film projects for us to tell other young people about.

Television:

Review your favourite television programmes or tell us what you want to see on the box. Write articles on any subject and send them in, or come in and give us your ideas. You could even contact local television stations and try to get information and interviews.

Books:

We are looking for volunteers to write book reviews, speak to authors, write articles or compose anything to do with literature and writing.
