6FO, a native of a confined urban area of New Brunswick, New Jersey, which is also the home of Warner Brothers
recording artist Jaheim. In antithesis of the Rutgers University area of New Brunswick, 6FO was raised on renowned
Delevan Street surrounded by violence, drugs, and prostitution. To save her son from the destructive lifestyle of New
Brunswick, 6FOs mother was able to relocate in a safer environment. Being the first generation of his family to be
born in the United States, he was able to hold to the traditional values and culture of Ghana his parents birthplace in
Africa. His mother being a single parent forced 6FO being the oldest of five, to often have to take on the responsibility
of helping raise his siblings at a very young age. Helping and being there for his family through their trials and
tribulations, he definitely is no stranger to lifes struggles. As a result of lifes obstacles, 6FO found an escape in music
and then from here his journey towards the microphone began.
Starting from age fourteen 6FO began gaining his respect and credibility from battling to rap ciphas and flooding his
area with mixtapes. Whether standing on top of a lunch table at school to a sporadic war of words on the streets, he
was able to refine his craft of work. The resulting positive feedback gave 6FO a rapidly gained buzz and the love for
music. At just a young age he has performed in front of thousands of people, from colleges, parties, and local
functions paying his dues by the age of nineteen.
His ambition and hunger for the top separated him from all emcees. He is one of the most knowledgeable young
