Ice540 is a recently formed band from Wilburton, OK. The roots of Ice540 can be traced back to the spring of '04 when Adam Hendricks (vocals, guitar) and Andrew Enis (Drums, vocals, keys) began playing music at their high school vocal music concerts. Sharing a common interest in art, the love of music, and creativity "Adam & Andrew" debuted their first original song at a vocal concert and at their high school graduation ceremony. It was then that an outpouring of support from family and friends encouraged them to continue writing music. However they were missing a much needed third musician. That's where Matt Weston (bass, guitar) came in. Matt was a long time friend of Adam and Andrew and he shared their interests in music. It was after the addition of Matt that a band had been formed. They needed a name, but they didn't have to wait long for that inspiration. After a hellish night in Arkansas stuck on an iced-over interstate, Ice 540 was born. Driven by nothing more than their love of music, they have been writing and rehearsing for 2 months. They've played at a successful New Year's Eve party, a show for the EOSC student body, the annual WHS FBLA fashion show, and they recently finished their first demo. They are looking to play some shows soon so keep your eyes and ears open for more updates.
