Scattered Remains

It all started in late 2006 when the friends mucki manson (guitar) mick van rausch (guitar) and buddy van horn (drums) meet up in their rehearshal room to jam. Beeing not satisfied what they did with their old bands, the style of music they created and the way they did it, really satisfied them.The name "Scattered Remains" was taken by an older project of van horn. It is as well a good synonym cause at that time manson and van rausch left their other bands.They spent the time together for making music, drinking beer and writing their first songs.Not playing for audience isn..t satifaction all the time. So in mid 2007 the three invited some friends to their rehearshal room so celebrate a party and play some brand new instrumental Scattered Remains songs for them.At that party, Albert Ampel took part, too. Days later one thing went to another and he decided to join the band as a singer and bass player.---- So the band was complete! ----To involve their new member more sessions were hold, new songs were written and more beers were drunken...After some month they recorded some songs for a EP called "something for mary". But the band wanted more than a few songs on cd. So they decided to record a whole album.Unfortainly their drummer van Horn decided to leave the band because of some privat problems and because of a different view about the band in recording and live reasons.Right now the band is searching a drummer. Mick van Rausch is taking the drummer part until a new one is found.that s where the story continues...
