Be yourself, because the ones who mind don't matter, and the ones who matter don't mind.

About Me

"Don't bend; don't water it down; don't try to make it logical; don't edit your own soul according to the fashion. Rather, follow your most intense obsessions mercilessly."

-Franz Kafka I'm a pretty laid-back guy who enjoys hanging out with friends, regardless of where we are. I'm just as happy to go out somewhere as I am to stay in. However, I've been working on going out more of late, and it's been good times. My sense of humor is usually morbid, dark, and dry, but I'm always quick with a quip, dry or not. I'm always opinionated, sometimes confrontational, occasionally tactless, but often tongue-in-cheek. Taking life too seriously sucks. My interests lie in intellectual or "geeky" pursuits, though I'd like to think I have enough non-geek in me to be redeemed.

'How will you be defined in the dictionary?' at QuizGalaxy.com Take the quiz:
What type of hero would you be?

Dark Hero
You are a dark hero. Your name is whispered instead of shouted, and for a good reason! You are hard on yourself and likely have a dark past, or perhaps you seek forgiveness for an ancient wrong you seek to set right. In any case, your tales are are filled with vengeance, loss of innocence and a uniquely personal kind of justice. These aside, your good intentions still make you a hero, despite whatever means you use to achieve your ends. On the positive side, you are quite badass.

Take the quiz:
What Fantasy Archetype Are you?

The Seasoned Veteran Friend
You are the Seasoned Veteran Friend! You resemble Aragorn (Lord of The Rings), Merlin (Arthurian Legend), Han Solo (Star Wars), The Marquis (Neverwhere), Sirius Black (Harry Potter) and Chase (Wizard's First Rule). You are exceedingly loyal, tricky and hardy. You regularly pull the Unlikely Hero, Mentor and Pillor-of-Strength Love Interest out of trouble and into safety. Beware The Traitor, who will make your job intensely difficult. And don't coddle the Unlikely Hero too much, he has to learn how to fend for himself. Anyway, everyone admires you and your resourcefullness / reliability - good going!
