MIDNIGHT RIDER

About Me

MIDNIGHT RIDER was founded in 2003 by Blumi who wanted to express his musical passion for 70s Hard Rock/ Heavy Metal. But it was difficult for him to find people in Germany who were interested to help creating music in the old style.

With the help of two Japanese NWoBHM experts Samm and Kenji they recorded three songs together. Drums and rhythmn guitar were recorded and arranged in Japan while the lead guitar, bass and vocals were recorded in Germany anno 2007. For the vocals Wayne was found who is an experienced singer for a local tribute-band and the bassplayer is Cliff Bubenheim, a young and very talented musician.Right now Blumi is composing new material for the upcoming debut album which will be an absolute 70s style Hard Rock/ Metal Rock opus.
