1-2-1234... Welcome to my MySpace page! I've been meaning to do one of these pages for a while now, but needed the Christmas break to be able to find the time to sit down and wrestle with the technology. Anyway I think I've got most of it sorted... so here it is.I'm Terry, often called 'Tez' and I'm a 'drumdude'. I was first inspired to play drums after seeing Keith Boyce, drummer with 'The Heavy Metal Kids' back in 1973. Keith was (and still is) an awesome drummer and I wanted to be that man! In my 30+ years of trying to be Keith Boyce, I have played in many different bands, mainly Rock/Blues bands and classic rock covers bands and have shared the stage with some fantastic musicians. If you were a music fan living in Birmingham between 1974 and 2007 you may remember some of these bands;SURGICAL BOOT COMPANY - Heavy Metal Kids rip-off band.
BARRABAS - Another Heavy Metal Kids rip-off band.
MISSPENT YOUTH - Glam/Punk band often seen at Barbarellas.
BASIC HOLD-UP - Later became 'Ade and the Smokin'Blues Band.
RAY DIO AND THE RENTALS - Rock covers band.
TOUCHÉ - Grown up version of Misspent Youth.
THE ZIMMERMEN - Good time 'rhythm and blues'.
PETE ZIMMER AND THE FRAMES - Original Blues/Rock Band.
THE SUSPECTS - Rock covers.
INOFFENSIVE - Kick-ass 'Classic Rock' covers band.
THE STARVING DOGS - Entertaining rock covers.
