In vino veritas!

About Me

Sometimes I wish for a blissful ignorance instead of a torturing truth. I have lived quite an amazing, adventurous, and at times depressing life. I have much knowledge and wisdom about the world, which I usually ignore when it is for my own benefit. I have lived in many places, seen many things, done many things, partied my ass off, and have plenty of stories to tell, and a supreme desire to have many more stories to experience and tell. I am tired of heartache, but with the good comes the bad. I am a huge sweetheart, and at times, an equally huge asshole. I am trying to work on the second part, it just makes it hard when I deal with so many douchebags. I was in the Army for a bit, stationed in Ft. Benning GA, and I am trying to start a custom guitar business. I go to school at Sandburg, and I am interested the travel agency field, because I am a big history and geography buff, and the music talent scouting industry. I love all types of music, including blues, jazz, rock, soul, country, RnB, reggae, and so on... I love pretty girls, but ladies, seriously, I am looking for people with hearts to surround myself with, so if you dont possess such qualities, I am not interested.

My Interests

Video Games, Board Games, Arcade Games, Card Games, Music, Movies, Sports, anything fun.

I'd like to meet:

Dane Cook, Mel Gibson, Jessica Alba, Jesus Christ, and any beautiful people! Beauty on the inside is worth so much more to me than outer beauty.

Music:

All kinds, but hey, check out my old roommates band, their name is Long Pause and they are on my list so check em out. They are good. Here is a list of bands. I won't touch them all but hopefully ya get the point. Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, old school Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, Guns n Roses, Bob Seger, Eric Clapton, System of a Down, Alice in Chains, Alice Cooper( while we are on the Alices), Ozzy, Seether, Shinedown, Pearl Jam, STP, Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Incubus, Tool, Disturbed, Hendrix, Tom Petty, Rush, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Sepultura, ACDC when its not overplayed, same with Zeppelin, Doobie Brothers, Chili Peppers, Staind, Creed, Creedence Clearwater, Tesla, Deep Purple, Toadies, Blink 182, 311 eh ok, Sublime, Deftones, Steppenwolf, Ted Nugent, 38 Special, the Doors, the Eagles, Don Henley, Journey, Chicago, Phil Collins, Candlebox, Kiss, Damageplan, Collective Soul, Soul Asylum, Coal Chamber, Boston, Kansas, (since we are being geographical), Goo Goo Dolls, Silverchair, Drowning Pool, Chevelle, Butthole Surfers, Breaking Benjamin, 12 Stones, Audioslave, Alter Bridge, Wall Flowers, Oasis, Weezer, Green Day, Mudvayne, Korn, Soulfly, Steve Miller, White Zombie, Rage, Queen, Offspring, Bloodhound Gang, Tenacious D, Days of the New, Beatles, Skid Row, the Stones, Filter, Ray Charles, Fleetwood, BB King, Saliva, Sevendust, Seven Mary 3, Three Days Grace, Theory of a Deadman, Slayer, Scorpions, Ugly Kid Joe, Velvet Revolver, Marilyn Manson, Institute, Bush, some Foo Fighters, Slipknot, Powerman 5000, Submersed, OAR, No Address, Nickelback, Danzig, Crossfade, Beastie Boys, Godsmack, Bad Company, a Perfect Circle, Fuel, Lifehouse, Ben Harper, Blue October, REO Speedwagon. Ok thats just a taste. I like a little of everything. I dont like a whole lot of rap because most of it is about dope, money, and hoes that they get from singing about dope, money, and hoes, but if it is genuine, I will give it a chance.

Movies:

ACTORS: Mel Gibson, Tom Hanks, Robert Deniro, Morgan Freeman, Al Pacino, and Robin Williams ACTRESSES:Diane Lane, Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Eliza Dushku, Ashley Judd, and Diane Kruger FAVORITE MOVIES:Braveheart, the Patriot, Lord of the Rings, comic book movies, Van Wilder, Jay and Silent Bob, Jet Li fliks , Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, Vanilla Sky, a Time to Kill, Insomnia, Identity, Passion of the Christ, the Green Mile, Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society, Underworld, some horror but I want to be petrified, STAR WARS

Television:

I don't do a whole lot of commercial T.V. but when I do it's watching these shows: Family Guy, That 70s Show, House, Punk'd, Boiling point, or the Cubbies or Bears games. I prefer movies because I do not like the interference of commercials, that and the fact that businesses try to have a psychological control over our minds while they catch us entranced in a show. Big business, gotta hate it.

Books:

AUTHORS:Stephen King, John Grisham, T.W. Stetson, Dean Koontz, Tom Clancy Ian Fleming are some of my favoritesBOOKS: Night Beasts, It, A Time to Kill, The Stand, Rose Madder, Geralds Game, A Bright Shining Lie, Red Badge of Courage, The Tommyknockers, The Hobbit

Heroes:

Anyone that takes time out of their day to do well for another human being out of the goodness of their heart, is considered a hero of mine. We all have dark shadows cast over our lives at one point in time, when we are less than perfect and its the people who appear too perfect that I don't trust. But, the people who give and do for others out of kindness, regardless of what happens to them, are the ones I admire and respect. There are so many heroes on this world, I cant sit here and name them all. But AUDIE MURPHY is one I truly respect, as well as PAT TILLMAN. They are model examples of what people should aspire to be.
