There is music in my head, over n' over the same song The Night Chicago Died. I do not know where I am everything looks rather formular, but I just cannot place it, I wish to slow down and think about the situation but my legs just push harder. I start to wonder where it is that I am going to when all of a sudden I look up to see a stop sign. All landscapes have dissolved while I was looking down and cursing my feet. The sign is still a good distance away when I attempt to look back but my neck is stiff and it is as if it is braced but another’s hands. I bring my eyes back right as I stop noise to the stop sign. My body goes limp and I fall to the ground which is now made out of clear liquid, I do not sink but just lay on it as if it were rock. I look into the ground and I see myself not a reflection but another me he I is holding a larger knife and he is not so fat and ill shaped as I am.
At this moment my other self notices me and he begins to thrust his blade through his ground up at me. I now realize that one of us must die I figure that I should just let him win, after all he does look allot better than I do. Besides this whole happening is just so typical it’s like I am Luke Skywalker in the cave fighting what turns out to be himself in Vader’s wardrobe. I ask myself as I dodge his blade is my existence really this cliché?
I once again lose control over my body and my arms begin to stab my blade into the ground. Back and forth we are trying to kill our other selves and I think to myself man this pointless.Henry Rollins hates dating
