In true rock and roll style this marvelous Brighton combo was born out of newspaper ads and chance drunken meetings! All praise to the Supreme Leader!
Nine or ten months of regular rehearsal turned us into contenders, mainly thanks to Graham at Black Bunker Rehearsal Rooms (07771567654) for his help and also good cheap rooms in unique surroundings (converted public toilets!!).Unleashed on the public in June our first gig at the Horse & Groom, Brighton was a mixture of nerves, beer and love of the blues. We pulled it off thanks to the legend that is Stacey at the H+G. Two more rocking nights at the H+G and we stepped up a gear and played at the Bali Brasserie in Hove for Jane's Birthday, a star studded audience shaking their hips to a blend of both types of music, rhythm and blues. Since then we've wowed them in Eastbourne, South Heighton and Eastbourne again.
