Everyone and anyone interested in BOXING and MMA and athletics in general...

Music:

Punk, ska, hardcore, blues, heavy FUCKIN' rock & roll, jazz, old country. I'm pretty diverse. my roots would be punk/traditional ska but I also like to go and relax listening to some live jazz/blues/lounge. Just chill out having a good talk with some inspiring background music. But every once in a while you gotta throw on some Johnny Cash to neutralize the whole mix...

Movies:

....movies that show true, pure, primal human emotion and the overcoming of adversity.Crash, Snatch, Remember the Titans, Rocky, Shawshank Redemption.I love it when i come across a good B movie. Something that didn't have the marketing super powers behind it but it really made you think. Whether its drama or comedy.the comedies I enjoy th emost are dark; Saved, Employee of the Month.Suspense Thrillers: must see: Fraility..

Television:

Don't really watch a lot of TV.

Books:

I prefer newspapers and magazines. Read the articles. Get in, get out. I have read a lot about psychology, business, marketing, and athletics. That kind of stuff can be kind of boring though. The stuff I learn form Blender, Source, Cosmo, Maxim and Rolling Stone make for way better conversation, lol.

Heroes:
