Where will your dreams take you?

About Me

I'm a freelance photographer & voice over artist in Los Angeles. I'm currently shooting celebrity red carpet events, as well as products, headshots, and whatever else someone wants to pay me to shoot! The voice over portion of my career is currently sitting in the backseat behind my photography, but it may get to ride shotgun again soon!

I was born in Alabama, but I grew up in a small town near Atlanta, Georgia. I have two wonderful parents, and one younger brother, Brannon (he's on my list). After spending 6 1/2 long boring years in the computer industry, I moved to LA to pursue more creative interests, and to get my soul back from the black hole of cubicles that were swallowing me down!

Folks, shameless plug here: If you need headshots or comp/zed card shots, let me know! My name(DOT)com get's you my web site ;-) You guys should all know my name I hope. Tell a friend!

My Interests

I'm interested in all sorts of things. Photography, Filmmaking, Movies, Extreme Sports, Space Travel, Science, Electronics, Computers, Art, Books, Music, History. I also collect old obsolete technology, like 8-Tracks, laserdiscs, RCA Selectavision Video discs, and a lot of things you've probably never heard of!

I'd like to meet:

IMPORTANT: Folks, don't just "add me to friends" if you don't know me in person. Everyone on my list, I know or have met in person. I won't approve random people I don't know. However, You're welcome to send me a message!

Music:

I listen to just about anything that catches my ear. Not too fond of country, but I have been known to like a song or two. My favs are Incubus, Tool, Bad Religion, mostly alternative and hard rock. I used to like KROQ, but it really sucks lately. When I'm home, I usually listen to internet radio stations on iTunes.

Movies:

Ferris Beuller's Day Off is my all-time favorite movie. I also like a lot of Sci-Fi stuff. Lately, I've been going back and watching the classics from my childhood again now that I'm older. They're different than when you saw them as a kid!

Television:

King of the Hill, South Park, Smallville, The Science Channel, Tech TV, History International, Sci-fi Channel

Books:

William Gibson, Tolkien, Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum, Arthur C Clark, Isaac Asimov.

Heroes:

My parents. In this world of a +50% divorce rate, they've somehow managed to escape it. They love each other just as much today as the day they wed. It's inspiring :-)

What is it about MySpace ... ?

I'm not sure why, but it seems MySpace has a way of taking fully grown mature adults, and turning them into teenagers again... ripe with gossip, chain letters, goofy surveys, and "glitter graphics". A...
