well alot had gone and past and things are getting better for me - just taking it one step at a time. its not perfect just yet. but it will get there soon.i have been writing more poems and songs late...

well, i been having a reall tough time falling asleep at night - i have even tried staying up all day and night - but then wehen i do end up sleeping i only get 5 hrs of sleep and dont sleep the rest ...
