I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm a married Christian dude who's about 5'9" and has brown eyes and hair who works in construction. I love my wife and enjoy the thought of family life and desire to be a positive example for my children and a good husband to my wife. I love animals and want to have a pitbull someday. At the moment i have a female Dachsund (weenie-dog for the layman)... i know...quite a long way from a pitbull but i found her on the street and couldn't leave her there. I also like to have cook-outs or dinner with friends. Boxing is the greatest sport ever concieved and regardless of what people may think, as awesome as the UFC is, it will never replace boxing. One is pure skill and talent, and the other is more of who is the strongest and most ruthless person. Both are great to watch tho. Anyways, i think im done now... My Interests

A WAKE-UP CALL! I don't know how everybody thinks, or how they define their morals, religious standings, from Christian, to Buddhist, to Muslim, to Islam, to Mormon, so on and so forth, all the way up to Atheist. I'm not the kind of person that forces or pushes my own beliefs and thoughts on others. If i am asked, i will share my point of view, but rarely will i just go and say it. Todays a bit different tho... I got somethings to say. How come it is so easy for people to believe the things that allow them to live a life that allows them to do what they please, and gives them this sense of an "unbeatable excuse" so they can live without remorse or regrets for they're actions. For example, why is it so easy for people who like drugs, promiscuity, crime, and a life without responsibilities to believe in any other god, or form of god, or no god at all(atheist), than to believe that there is a God.

One is called "the Great I Am", the creator of heaven and earth. Why do people believe in scientific theories that make them believe that the Lord God does not exist, when there is more evidence proving that the latter is truer than the first? For example, the Big Bang Theory, the Evolutionary Theory, you know, the one that says we come from monkeys. The one that states that there are remains of the evolutionary track of humans from their progression from monkeys to humans, you know, cavemen, the missing link and all that other non-sense. Did you'll know that for a scientific theory to be considered true it has to be able to be proven in a lab at least 3 times. The only theory today, taught in schools as scientific truth, without ever being proven once is the thoery of evolution. The theory that after a huge explosion, some how random matter formed together and made the earth, which later produced a "primordial ooze", from which single celled organisms crawled out of, and somehow unexplainably began a gradual evolution toward more complex organisms, that eventually led to all the different creatures of this earth, including all plants and things deep within the ocean. Do you'll know how complex the human eye is? Anybody? Look it up. The human eye one of the most complex things on the human body, somehow perferctly designed or "evolved" to serve it purpose. To me, believing that something this complex was created out of shear luck, by random matter fusing together and a very long, long, long, evolutionary change, just seems so much harder to believe than the fact that the eye, along with the rest of the human body and the entire world for that matter, was created by someone more powerful than us, a sort of omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent entity that i like to call God. Why if science is so correct and is the standard of intelligence among men, do the scientist in NASA turn to Bible Scholars and Pastors with Doctorates in the things of God to explain to them why the Bible is so accurate in its prophecies about the things that we are living today when they were written more than 2,000 yrs ago? Oh sure, maybe i'm just an "all-out believer", a "radical Christian", a person who will say anything to convince others that God is real and that His son Jesus Christ died on a cross to save you and me, but what if i am not? What if i told you that there is more evidence, although not fully conclusive, that God is real and that He is the creator of Heaven and Earth, and that what the Bible states is an absolute truth, as opposed to evidence that proves that we were a random happening in outter space and that we evolved from monkeys. Which ever one you choose to believe in is up to you, but they both require faith. There is no conclusive evidence that evolution happened, that the Big Bang Theory is true, and that the Earth is millions of millions of years old. I rather believe in God and be wrong and not have to live with consequences, than NOT believing in God and being wrong and suffering the end that the Bible says awaits all those who deny Jesus as their Savior. So many things that have happened in the last recent years, like Katrina and Rita, all the massive earthquakes, the tsunami that hit indonesia, the incident on 9/11, and even the very current "war" between Israel and Hezbollah and Lebannon, have been foretold by the Bible in the book of Revelation. Why if the Bible is so untrue, do people do so much to remove it from everyday life? I think they fear it's message and are crossing their fingers for the Bible to be wrong so they can breathe easy, for the place and fate that awaits all those who deny Christ and live a life of sin is not one that i would ever want to endure. I think its better to believe and be wrong and have lost nothing, than to not belive and be wrong and lose everything. Today, now, is the time to make a choice. To chose whether you want to believe in God or whether you think what i'm saying is phooey. Now is the time to analyze the facts and your life and make the choice that will undoubtedly affect the rest of your life. Revelation 3:15-16 - "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot: I would rather you be cold or hot. So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spit you out of my mouth." Hebrews 10:26-31 - "If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgement and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses. How much more severly do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the convenant that sanctified him, and who has insulted the Spirit of Grace? For we know Him who said, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay." says the Lord. And again, "The Lord will judge His people." It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God!"

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet Donald Trump... so i can fix that horrible hair-do. It makes me sick... I'd like to meet Bill Gates to have an idea of how it feels to be a billionaire... and i'd also like to meet the Kool-Aid Man... He single-handedly revolutionized flavored beverages.A new addition to this list is this guy right below this line. His name is T-Bone and he's a Christian rapper and he can flow...

Music:

Add Audio Adrenaline as your friend!
I listen to just about anything. I like to listen to the local Christian station here, 91.3 K-Love... Umm... other than that i listen to my CD's since the main christian music i listen to isn't found on the radio...

Movies:

I watch movies like about every night. I frequently visit Blockbuster, very frequently... like every other night frequent... to rent movies. It's actually been a while since i last visited Blockbuster. I'm not so frequent anymore. LOL! Well anyways, i like good movies.... period. Regardless of the genre, i enjoy a good flick with an original storyline, good acting, and good special effects. Sum of my favorites are Gladiator, We Were Soldiers, Last Samurai and umm... Braveheart(Greatest Movie EVER!!!)

Television:

Greatest show to ever be on TV has to be Family Guy. I love that show. I watch it every night. I have rented the Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story... Well... i was a bit disappointed. Some of the episodes i've seen on cable were much funnier... i give it a 3 outta 5.... Either way... LONG LIVE STEWIE!!!! Other TV shows i like to watch usually revolve around 3 channels... Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, and National Geographic Explorer Channel... What can I say, i like to learn... lol!

Books:

i like to read good books with good storylines that dont take 18 chapters to finally develope. One of my favorite books has got to be the Lord of the Rings Series, including The Hobbit. Yes, i may sound like a nerd but those were really great books... Other books I liked where This Present Darkness, Sphere, and Left Behind, though the last one took longer to grow on me...

Heroes:

My heroes... oh wow... this list could go on forever... well first of course would have to be Superman for his abilities... by far the greatest man ever(X-Ray vision...that's all i gotta say)...then would have to be Spider-Man... Being able to swing from building to building is pretty awesome, u gotta admitt, and on top of that you get SPIDER SENSE!!! COME .. that would be Wolverine... he is the pinnacle of how much better hairy men are than those with silky smooth ballerina bodies... Green Latern makes the list at #4... i mean come on! a magical ring that lets you do whatever you want!?!?! THAT'S RAW!!! Last on this list but not least, Batman... Come on, every lady digs the dark knight... they love his mysteriousness and besides that... his gadgets are way cool... (George Clooney and Val Kilmer were an insult to all that Batman stands for.)P.S.- I hope nobody reading this actually believes these are my heroes... this was just a big joke, ok?
