I like to do drawrings, read books, snowboard, bicycle, suck at guitar and collect boogers that bear a strange resemblance to celebrities. I have a full set-up for printing T-shirst, so if anyone has a garage they're not using email me and we'll turn the world upside down with ink and cotton. I used to like to fish, but then I got a conscience about killing the little fellas, and now I like my food already killed and wrapped in plastic for me beforehand. I also like to hang out with my friends and drink beer, philosophize, goof off and drink beer. Occaisionally, with the right mixture of contaminants in my bloodstream, I will try to talk my friends into streaking, but usually I'm the only one who ends up doing it. I also enjoy avoiding concensus reality like the plague. I'm really into trying to figure out how to live without making money. So far I've got it down to about $700 a month. If I could kick this pesky eating habit, I'd be down to about $400.
My guru..... and hot smart freaky ladies. Truly, I got on here because I'm sure there are interesting people inside this computer monitor somewhere. I figure why not broaden my scope of ideas beyond those afforded me by my daily routines.
I like Cracker, The Talking Heads, G. Love, Slim Cessna's Auto Club, the Pixies, white stripes, Rocket Sugery and Hence, the Black Eye. Oh, and Hank Williams Sr., Willie Nelson should be president, Dwight Yoakam should be Pope, David Byrne should be elected God, and Jeff Buckley was a Prophet. Also, Weezer ain't bad, and screw you if you think otherwise. And of course Pink Floyd and Zeppelin, yada yada. Basically I respect anybody who gets up and tries to convey TRUTH through voice, lyrics and guitar. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Stevie Ray Vaughan. Did I leave out Johnny Cash? Thats a travesty. That's enough for now. I'll add more later
Two words ----- Cohen Brothers
My favorite station is that one where the screen is black and there's no sound whatsoever. I love that station. It's the only one I ever watch.
"Ishmael" and "The Story of B" are two books by Daniel Quinn. If everyone on the planet read them, this would be a dramatically different world. Separate Reality by Carlos Castaneda, Power of Now by Eckart Tolle, pretty much anything by Herman Hesse, Dancing Wu Li Masters fucked up my head for awhile. Physics of the Soul by Amit Goswami, Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, Confessions of an Economic Hitman will tell you alot about the f'd up shit we've done in South America. Tipping Point is a good socialogical study of how people get stupider in large groups. Anything that gives me even the slightest hope that humanity may avert disaster and realize our true potential. That's good stuff.
All my current freinds. All my future freinds. Anyone who's died for what they believe in. Anyone who's lived for what they believe in.
