I love all things regarding my children...and most children in general (except the asshole variety). I am the PTA president at school, team mom for baseball, and a surrogate mom to all of their friends as well. I love reading everything, writing poetry, playing baseball with the boys or going to baseball games, spending time with my friends n family, having "girl days" with my angelic god-daughter, laughing, making others laugh, eye contact, soul searching (mine and others), connecting with people, living, learning, analyzing life, healing, loving everyone...old people, young people, men and women, hiking in silence, nature, playing with my dog, finding peace in the moments that used to get me wound up but no longer affect me
spiritual beings, contemplators, analyzers, laughter junkies, amazing women who aren't catty, amazing men who aren't trying to mate, GOOD mommies or daddies who love their children but don't obsess about them, poets, photographers, nature-lovers, explorers. anyone who has something intelligent to say. don't try to add me without talking to me. i will deny it. ~wow. you are hot~ does not work well as an opening conversation with me. i am a beautiful woman who is a thousand times more beautiful on the inside, and if you have nothing to state besides the obvious...you are not *my people*
from mellow to not so mellow...james taylor, garth brooks, norah jones, joshua radin, amos lee, john mayer, patty griffin, ben harper, etta james, counting crows, journey, citizen cope, brett dennen, tori amos, lily allen, matt wertz, jack johnson, U2, smashing pumpkins, nirvana, bush, stone temple pilots, slunt, alice in chains, social distortion. For dancing...mostly hip-hop/rap.
Dangerous Beauty, Moll Flanders, Usual Suspects, Momento, How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days (don't laugh at me) True Romance, Shawshank Redemption, Forest Gump, Waitress, hmmm, I cant think of anything else right now.
not applicable. i have one. i am not in control of it other than telling the boys they have watched enough of it for the day.
Alchemist, Eleven Minutes (Paulo Coelho) The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, The Five People You Meet In Heaven, Memoirs of Cleopatra, Forever Amber, The Other Boleyn Girl, The Four Agreements, **When Things Fall Apart-Advice For Difficult Times** GREAT BOOK-EVERYONE SHOULD OWN THIS!
There are days where I am so proud of going through the things I have gone through, and still being positive and kind that I am my own hero. There are days where I long for someone to look up to and admire because I am feeling lost.
