About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor -
Pandaemonium formed in 1995 from the ashes of Mad Faith, a thrash metal band. Strongly inspired by fantasy literature and role playing game Pandaemonium changed their style into power epic metal, although only a few band used to play that genre at that time. Death and thrash metal bands was leading the metal scene all over the world and albums like “Episode” or “Legendary Tales” were still to be recorded. Daniel Reda is the only founding memeber still in the band in present days.
In 1996 Lorenzo Zirilli, at the young age of 15, joins the band as the new bass player.
In october 1996 Pandaemonium enter G.B. Studio in Milano to record “Sabbath Day”, a two songs demo featuring Mat Stancioiu on the drums. On this space you can hear for the first time exclusive material from this unreleased recording.

The formation changes again, and in 1997 the guys are back in the studio recording another demo called “The Alchemist”.
After hearing the two demo the italian indipendent record label Underground Symphony sign-up the band.
Pandaemonium record their debut-album “…and The Runes Begin To Pray” at Zenith Recordings Studio between June 1998 and January 1999 with the following line up:
Daniel Reda - vocals
Lorenzo Zirilli - bass
Ragman - guitar
Alex Niall - guitar
Simone Barbieri - drums

Pandaemonium - ...and The Runes Begin To Pray (Underground Symphony, 1999, CD-LP)
The full-lenght is well reviewed by metal magazines and quickly sells out the first 3000 copies. The album is still an Underground Symphony best-seller and also an LP limited-edition version has been produced.
In 2000 Alex Niall decides to leave the band due to job problems, a few months later also Ragman and Simone Barbieri take the same decision in order to follow their changed musical tastes.
Daniel Reda and Lorenzo are alone, but they decide not to give up and they start searching for new members. The amazing guitarist Steve Volta joins them, making the new Pandaemonium ready to work on the new album.
In 2001 the band has finished writing their second work and after several trying they find a drummer to record the new songs.
In november 2002 Pandaemonium record "Return to Reality" at Zenith Recordings Studio with the following line-up:
Daniel Reda - vocals
Lorenzo Zirilli - bass
Steve Volta - guitar
Simone Carnaghi - drums

In 2003 the final mix of the album is ready but Underground Symphony can't release the work. Simone Carnaghi leaves the band at the end of the year.
In 2004 Federico Ria enters the band as the new drummer. In this year the band make some concerts in the north of Italy playing the new material.
In 2005 “Return to Reality” is finally released, the album is remixed and re-mastered by Steve Volta at his Burning Sound Studios. Under the direction of Stefano Giudici, Pandaemonium shoot their first video clip for the song “Time Of Glory”, wich is contained in the CD and can be viewed below.

In 2006 and 2007 Pandaemonium tour around Italy promoting their second album, they are also invited to the Agglutination Festival in Chiaromonte (PZ) but unfortunately the concert doesn't take place bacause of a rainstorm.
