Tha Soulja J is a very diverse artist. Born in Bronx, New York City, New York. He is both Puerto Rican and Domician. He was left by both parents and adpoted at the age of 3. Life has had its diffculties for Tha Soulja J. At the age of 8, J moved from Manhattan, New York City, New York to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Where he's met and gained several friends over the years. Tha Soulja J became to play music in the 7th grade when he joined Middle School Band where he played the Baritone Bass Clef, and the Tuba. Tha Soulja J started writing poetry in the 8th grade, than the following year, while in high school he began to rap. J worked for many years to hone his new craft that he gained a huge passion for. It wouldn't be untill J turned 17 when he was discovered by No Hesitation Entertianment LLC. He worked with Sens and Azul for one year, before things went sour and they parted ways. However he did manage to work on or be featured on a few mixtapes while at No Hesitation Entertianment LLC. On May 20th, 2009 Tha Soulaj J managed to graduate high school from New Smyrna Beach High School. Tha Soulja J's style is one that crosses over from the past into the present, because he does most of his song to where they have a meaning and message, one that people from across the world may connect to, and he also manages to keep up with the present day hip hop with songs that you can just relx too under the sun or even dance the night away in your favorite clubs.
